When you get your money back, and how to ask.

Draft — not yet in force. This is a working draft written to make the page real and reviewable. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not a binding agreement. Have it checked for your jurisdiction and business model before launch, then remove this notice.
1. 14-day first-payment refund
If you are unhappy with your first payment on a paid plan, we will refund it in full within 14 days, provided you have used fewer than two AI assessments.
The limit exists because each AI assessment has a real cost to us. It is not a penalty — it is the point at which a refund stops being a refund.
2. Cancelling a subscription
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We do not pro-rate part-months. Cancelling on day two of a month does not refund the remaining days.
Your account moves to the free tier on expiry. Every result, essay, recording and report stays exactly where it is.
3. Service failures
If a technical failure on our side invalidates a test attempt, we void it and grant a free replacement automatically. No request is needed.
If an outage prevents you using a paid plan for more than 48 consecutive hours, contact us and we will extend your subscription by the time lost.
4. What is not refundable
Expert examiner reviews that have already been completed and delivered.
Subscription periods that have been substantially used.
Accounts closed for breach of the terms of service.
5. How to request one
Email us from the address on your account, telling us which payment you mean and why. We respond within one working day and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this policy.
